Postage:
Do you post internationally?
Yes, we use Royal Mail or USPS tracked delivery to post internationally. This is subject to local customs that may need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please be aware that delivery time and pricing to your location will vary, as we mainly post from the UK and the USA.
Why have only some books from my order arrived?
We often split up the postage of orders between different warehouses depending on their availability and proximity to your address. We also use a print-on-demand service for some books, which takes slightly longer than normal postage. Please do not be worried, we haven’t forgotten about the rest of your order; it will be with you soon!
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
We are a small family-run business, which means we unfortunately cannot match the postage speeds of companies like Amazon that you may be used to. We do our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but in times of high demand, it may take slightly longer to process your order. Sometimes orders may also be held up because we are waiting for a delivery of stock of a particular book. Please bear with us, and we will dispatch your order as soon as we can. My parcel is stuck at customs. What should I do?
Please contact your local sorting office. Your parcel may be stuck due to needing a payment for your country’s customs clearance.

Do you offer a Student Discount?
Yes, please email us with a request for this, along with a picture of your valid student ID to receive a 30% discount coupon. Please be aware that we often send ‘imperfect’ books with this discount, which may have small defects like damaged covers, but are still readable.

When will Churchill’s War Volume III be published?
Publication of Churchill’s War Vol III has been partly delayed due to David Irving’s health. We are currently working alongside an editor to work on the book, which is a difficult task because David has written three versions. We must analyse and combine all of them into one. We have encountered many obstacles regarding finding information on sources that David used when writing it, and referencing them correctly in the text. We promise the book will be worth the wait, and we hope to release it sometime mid-year in 2026.
